Grief Counselling
Who is this for?
For children, teens, and families who are experiencing loss, including the death of a loved one, suicide loss, separation, or other significant life changes.

Common challenges
Grief can show in many ways—withdrawal, avoidance, anxiety, sadness, anger, or difficulty talking about what happened.
Some children and teens may not want to speak about the loss at all, or may try to cope by shutting down their feelings.

How sessions work
Sessions provide a safe and gentle space to process grief at your own pace. There is no pressure to talk—expression can happen through conversation, creative approaches, or simply being present.
We support the individual in making sense of their experience, finding ways to express emotions, and slowly building the capacity to hold both the loss and ongoing life.
